Refund policy

Buy1Get1FreeFashion.com will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU labels.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund (minus shipping cost).

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time. 

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow us 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • We will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What if I only want to return one item from a BOGO deal?

If you return only one item that was purchased as part of a BOGO deal, your refund will be the discounted price for that item.

The discount price is based on the lower-priced item.

The discount will be applied to each item proportionately.

For Example:

If your purchased items that were $60 and $40, the total discount will be the lower-priced $40. (You paid only $60 for $100 worth of merchandise, therefore you received a 40% discount.)

In this case, the $40 discount is broken into $24 + $16 off.

So, if you return the $60 item, the 40% off of $60 comes to $24 off.
Therefore, $24 will be subtracted from $60, and $36 will be refunded.

And, if you return the $40 item, the 40% off of $40 comes to $16 off.
So, $16 will be subtracted from $40, and $24 will be refunded.

The formula is: Item B ÷ (Item A + Item B) = Discount

If you decide to return both items, your full refund will equal the total amount paid for both items (before shipping cost).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
